The old vineyard of white garnacha at high altitude gives us a wine of a high concentration and an exceptional finess.
The nose plays between the white fruit in bloom and the ripe white fruit, with the fair strokes of the wood, well integrated. Wide texture and enveloping, fleshy but fresh, lively acidity, long and deep. A very gastronomic target.
ELABORATION
Our domain Benufet has one of the oldest vineyards in Terra Alta. The rich grapes of thes low productive vines are manually harvested and cooled until 4 degrees before entering our winery to preserve the freshness. The fermentation took place in a modern concrete vessel with subsequent aging of 5 months in the same concrete tank.

The vineyard, cultivated in an ecological way and the wine in its maximum expression, are protectors of our landscape and guardians of our biodiversity. In the winery, we have an environmental project, which protects the flora and fauna indigenous of our environment.
At home, we follow a philosophy of minimal intervention, we respect the wines to maintain the essence of the fruit and thus achieve a perfect harmony between the hand of man and what the earth gives us.
Our aging room is totally underground, to have the perfect temperature and humidity throughout the year in a sustainable way. We work with large oak foudres, of 5000 and 2500 liters, with the philosophy of making long aging, but with the minimum impact of the wood.
Fresh, serene, polished and friendly wines.
