Post fermentation the wine is then racked and left sur lie for a further 20 days. A second racking then leaves the wine on only the finest lees until it is deemed to have reached its optimum ppoint for bottling.

Its optimum serving temperature is betwenn 12 a 14ºC.

Viña Moraima

Bodegas Moraima, is a small cooperative of a group of winemakers of all life, family tradition, in the town of Barro, Pontevedra, within the DO Rías Baixas and specifically, in the sub area, Val Do Salnés.

It all started in 2006, when this group of partners decided to make their own wine instead of selling the grapes to third parties. The vineyards are spectacular, a large part of them, centenarians, free standing without grafting. The philosophy is to be little interventionist, to practice a minimalist and integrated viticulture.

The winery is directed by the winemaker Roberto Taibo, a great specialist of Galician wines, a true connoisseur of its climate and its varieties.

HERÈNCIA ALTÉS INTERSTELLAR 2022 (ORG)

Cherry red color with a violet rim, thin layer. In the nose, lots of red fruit, currants and raspberries, ripe, but fresh. In the mouth it is much more serious than we could imagine, of fused and friendly tannins, of good travel, friendly and enveloping texture, with good concentration of fruit. Alternated the nerve of youth with the tranquility of maturity.
