The old vines of Garnacha and Cariñena from the farm of the La Serra, give us a powerful and concentrated grape to elaborate an intense wine, loaded with black fruits like the ripe cherry, on a balsamic sensation, refreshing, with notes of coffee, the mouth is tamed power, is driven by the freshness of the old cariñena, with mineral memories is electric and deep. Ideal for large tables.

LA FINCA DE LA SERRA

In the Sierra we have a total area of ​​21, 6 hectares. The Garnacha Negra is dated from the beginning of the 20th century, but we also found it planted in the 50s. We also find Cariñena planted in the first half of the 20th century. The yields are very low, between 0.5 kg and 1 kg per strain, always cared for manually and ecologically, respecting the environment, avoiding the use of pesticides and herbicides.

Our aging room is totally underground, to have the perfect temperature and humidity throughout the year in a sustainable way. We work with large oak foudres, of 5000 and 2500 liters, with the philosophy of making long aging, but with the minimum impact of the wood.
