The pale salmon color reveals the short maceration of the wine with the skins. Delicate and bright. Captivating in sight. A very subtle nose. Full of red fruits of the forest, fresh, sweet and acidulated. The mouth follows the line of freshness, with the red fruit as the protagonist. Delicate and fresh, sweet.
Garnatxa Negra and Garnatxa Peluda
ELABORATION
Manual harvest with careful selection in the field. Upon arrival at the winery, the whole bunches are sent directly to the press to minimize contact with the skins. Only the first fraction of the must is used, the "mosto flor" (free-run juice), obtained with gentle pressure. Static racking. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bâtonnage of fine lees for about four -five months to improve mouthfeel. Light clarification and filtration before bottling.

At home, we follow a philosophy of minimal intervention, we respect the wines to maintain the essence of the fruit and thus achieve a perfect harmony between the hand of man and what the earth gives us.
Our aging room is totally underground, to have the perfect temperature and humidity throughout the year in a sustainable way. We work with large oak foudres, of 5000 and 2500 liters, with the philosophy of making long aging, but with the minimum impact of the wood.
