The new winery of Herència Altés, has an area of 4400 m2, largely subterranean, to merge it to the maximum with the surroundings. We also operate, with renewable energy. We have natural thermal insolation and recycle rainwater. All with the idea of respecting the environment to the maximum.
Our breeding room, is totally underground, to have the perfect temperature and humidity throughout the year in a practically all natural way. We work with wood foudres, large, 5000 and 2500 liters, with the philosophy of making long cries, but with the minimum impact of wood. Warm serene, polished and friendly.
The nerve of the cariñena, the sweetness of the garnacha and the strength of syrah are combined to draw a wine full of ripe black fruit, such as blackberries and plums. Balance and harmony in the mouth, with a good concentration and measured texture. Fruit tannin, ripe and kind. Very juicy.
The pale salmon color reveals the short maceration of the wine with the skins. Delicate and bright. Captivating in sight. A very subtle nose. Full of red fruits of the forest, fresh, sweet and acidulated. The mouth follows the line of freshness, with the red fruit as the protagonist. Delicate and fresh, sweet.
Juvenile and carefree. In the nose, lots of red fruit, currants and raspberries, ripe, but fresh. In the mouth it is much more serious than we could imagine, of fused and friendly tannins, of good travel, friendly and enveloping texture, with good concentration of fruit. Alternated the nerve of youth with the tranquility of maturity.
Pale pink, salmon pink, vivacious, bright and seductive. Red fruit aromas such as strawberry, with a lactic point, yogurt from forest fruits, to green gooseberry, reminds of the pinks of the "Provence". The mouth is very fruity, of red fruits acidula, with a great freshness. Lively and crispy on the palate. A pink that he falls in love with.

2015 was the first harvest of Lo Grau de l'Inquisidor. The objective was to produce a serious wine with the power and depth of flavor of an aged, but also with the freshness that characterizes the wines of the area. The grapes originate from a reliable producer, whose vines, are next to our vineyard Lo Grau of the Inquisitor.
