Clean and bright colour with pale straw tones. The nose is subtle, with aromas of grapefruit, stone fruit, anise and brioche. In the mouth it is fresh and unctuous at the same time. Long in the mouth with memories of jasmine and undergrowth, bringing great complexity. Very gastronomic.


VARIETIES: 100% Albillo Mayor

WINE AGING: Aging with the fine lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks.

characteristics of our soils and its surroundings, the weather and the altitude of the Ribera del Duero
in Burgos and being able to convey the uniqueness of these vineyards in each glass of wine.

Inspire a new way of making wines in the Ribera, focusing on the fruit and the particularities of each estate where the vines grow. Reveal the potential of each small parcel through micro-vinifications, recognizing and stimulating all its capacities.

Proof of this is our jewel MIRUM de Valdaya considered among the best Ribera del Duero wines, according to Tim Atkin or Decanter Magazine.
