Bodegas Arrocal

Bodegas Arrocal is located in Gumiel de Mercado, in the province of Burgos in a town with a long wine tradition. The project was born in 1999, with Rosa and Moisés, who inherited the family vineyards, in 2003 the new winery was built and its first wines were made.

In the winery, everything is worked by gravity, with the utmost respect for the grape, the real treasure of the project.

It is harvested in boxes, passed through a selection table, and fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. The macerations are medium and the soft pressing to respect the grapes as much as possible. The barrel room (about 600) is 80% French oak, and the minimum impact to the wine is sought.
