Storm (The Storm). Storms are a regular occurrence in Ourense as clouds rolling from the Atlantic to discharge into the mountains dramatically. From the steep and unforgiving terraces of these mountains lies this 100% Godello, an indigenous grape from this region. During the last 2,500 million years, Valdeorras has undergone numerous climatic changes and glacial phases that left their mark on mountainous areas, transforming it into a unique natural landscape, with the formation of river terraces that are perfect for winemaking.

It may seem shy on the nose, but it really is the wide aromatic range that makes it difficult to get nuances, green white fruit, and citrus skins driven by minerality. The mouth is even more complex, exact volume, crisp acidity, fair salinity. A little gem to discover.

CASTILLO DE TOMAS ROSADO 2017

The wine comes from the largest wine region in the world, La Mancha. With low rains, hot days and cold nights, vines over 30 years are naturally low yielding and produce wines with good concentration. Its natural resistance and hard climate make limited use of "human intervention" in the vineyards and possible winery.
